| There's a game in two days- since no one has started a thread here you go.
Wigan’s 19-man squad is: John Bateman, Greg Burke, Josh Charnley, Tony Clubb, Dom Crosby, Ben Flower, Oliver Gildart, Anthony Gelling, Nick Gregson, Jack Higginson, Willie Isa, Lee Mossop, Sam Powell, Dan Sarginson, Matty Smith, Ryan Sutton, Taulima Tautai, Lewis Tierney, J Tomkins
edited to add J Tomkins - missed off when I cut and paste the list.
Anderson is sticking with the squad from last week that means that larne Patrick won't be playing and Eorl Crabtree is left out of the squad although now fit following injury. The only change is to drop Sam wood who made his successful home debut against you earlier in the year for gene Ormsby who wasn't able to play against his parent club last week. Some youth on show in both squads.
2. Jermaine McGillvary

4. Joe Wardle
5. Aaron Murphy
6. Danny Brough
9. Ryan Hinchcliffe
10. Craig Huby
12. Michael Lawrence

aboveusonlypie...
If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg |

Is this seriously being offered as evidence of something untoward?
I mean, did you manage to keep a straight face when you typed that?

| Quote: Big Jim Slade "That's a very generous interpretation of what happened. If John Bateman is experienced enough to be captain then he's experienced enough to talk to the referee when he sees fit. Fact of it is that Wane wanted to get in the refs ear but is not allowed by the rules, so instead sent Bateman back to do it on his behest. Nothing against the rules, certainly against the spirit of them though and let's not pretend Bateman was anything more than a puppet.
Normally during the course of play, normally not when a player has left the pitch at half time and come back on at the behest of his coach - I'm not sure I've ever seen that before.
Yes, that's exactly what he meant when he said fair share. He didn't mean equal treatment, he meant please give us penalties we don't deserve. He wasn't referring to the fact that he's just had his bell rung by a guy who was ten yards offside (so both serious foul play and a professional foul) and the yellow card it deserved hadn't been issued, he was asking Cobb to fabricate stuff. It wasn't a talking point because there was nothing to talk about - that was a perfectly standard player-ref exchange. Last nights was not. That is why they talked about it.'"
So we're in agreement then? Good good.

| Quote: jools "the penalties and cards were indeed justified. Young Nathan Mason playing in only his second consecutive game will have learnt a lot from that.
The issue is questions will be asked, given what was said about Bateman going back on the field to speak to the ref, as to if Wigan were really that squeaky clean that they only gave away one penalty in the second half. - rightly or wrongly it will be questioned. Even Phil Clarke questioned it!
In the end Wigan deserved the win because hudds wernt composed enough.'"
Come on so Danny Brough does not bend the refs ear errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
