Quote: Cokey "1. Actually I might know you, but that is irrelevant. And my post does not demand anything.
2. Whether you go or not is your choice, but to say that others who do want to go are fools is a bad attitude to your fellow supporters and to the rugby league game in general.
3. There will be some great players from both teams on display which should make it a great afternoon of rugby league.
4. And to say it's pointless, well it's very important for clubs/players to get their pre-season preparation in place ready for the coming season. If you think friendlies are pointless, have word with your club about them.
5. And like Hindsfordleyther79 states, it will be a split gate,so the proceeds go to both clubs.'"
The first eight words of point no2 are all that matters. You are making a play on the words that I used with regards the use of the word "fool". If people wish to attend then that is their prerogative, I will be watching the game albeit on Wigan tv for which I may add that I have already paid into Wigan Warriors coffers for the benefit of this. Therefore (and I use the word again) I'd be a "fool" to be paying twice to see a friendly.
