| I'll look forward to watching the game tomorrow, and with any luck they'll knock ten bells out of each other!

| I honestly don't believe that was a stroll. Okay, the seriousness of the occasion may have made me more nervous than usual. But while Hudds might not have been at their best, I thought they threw a lot at us and we needed to be much better than average - which we were, at least in defence.

| I wouldn't say that was a stroll,we had to defend hard and the score line flattered us a little.Up until we got to 18-2 I felt nervous and I thought the momentum was swinging hudds way,the ferres hold up was a massive turning point.

I was expecting a tougher challenge, I though that the centres would be targeted, but they easily stood up to the Giants attack, the pack is really on a role with four props doing their roles. Crosby and Mossop didnt let the momentum drop when they came on. And the decision to stick with Manfredi was more than justified, he scores a try out of nothing an amazing catch and pass to Bateman very hard to stop near the line and good meters out of defence. Lets hope there is more to come

| Manfredi is just a star, isn't he? I was surprised too that they didn't target Gildart more, but he's a confident lad and seemed to deal with what came his way fine.

Don't disagree with this. Huddersfield will be pig-sick and will feel they didn't do themselves justice. But it's one of those half a dozen of one and six of the other situations. Wigan's blanket defence was excellent - not often I've said that this season. Or this: we battered them in the middle. And that's where the big games are won.

| And for a side with apparently the best defence, allowing a prop to stroll through and score under the sticks is hardly impressive.

If you heard Anderson on 5Flive Extra, he sounded ready to cut his wrists. Although I was a bit annoyed that he gave hardly any credit to us. Taking a leaf out of McDermott's book of humility (a very quick read that one).

| Ultimately it was the right result for us and the sport.
It would have been a travesty if Hudds would have made it to the final. As soon as thier owner pulls the plug that club will hit free fall. They hardly have anything to write home about in regards to youth development and they don't have a big enough fan base to sustain themselves.

Think hes referring to ben flower strolling through the supposed best defence in the league in hudds.

Yes, but let's look at it as inspired play & not lax defence can we?
More than p'd off with the coverage on the BBC & elsewhere with that BTW, all couldn't wait to mention last year's sending off, as early as the 2nd or 3rd paragraph on the BBC site. Quote JukesaysBen Flower, who was sent off in the 2014 Grand Final, and John Bateman went over for Wigan's first-half tries. '" Get over it FFS
