| Plenty of aggression in Clubb and Tautai, think we need to spell those alongside workhorses like Mossop and Flower and let them get on with their work.

| Tautai is improving, but we've had plenty better than him, even if he continues to improve a little more. In a better pack I don't think anyone would be talking him up.

| I agree with Jonh. I am sure the errors Tauati made will be mentioned but the first wasn't all his fault as the pass from Lockers was poor. Him and Clubb took the game to Hudds whereas I felt Mossop and Cosby lacked aggression.
Where was Flower? If not injured one of Cosby or Mossop has to make way next week. Not sure which one. Mossop had a better second spell but I think he's not very consistent.

Agreed, and Paul Anderson conceded exactly that point in his post-match analysis, saying that our bench was beter than theirs (I'd include Powell in that, too, who I thought had a pretty good game.)

To be fair to the starting props they were on the field when we conceded those four penalties in a row, giving us little or no ball.

| I would like to see the minutes played for the props last night they did seem to share the workload, Clubb seemed to have been on longer than he has been since his injury. Tautai played with more control apart from one own half offload which did come off. Patrick looked eager. I hope its a sign of things to come, add Flower and Bateman to the pack and it will improve.

| Patrick has to go. I don't understand how he gets picked every week. IIRC he hasn't been dropped this season, if he's been fit he's played. Best dummy runner in the league!

| If we had Peacock in the team we'd have already qualified for Old Trafford

I think those penalties were as a direct result of the Giants dominance up front where we were having to scrap and fight to try to stop their roll on.

To be fair to Wigan, one was due to excessive enthusiasm to defend aggressively (caught offside) and one was a poor decision as it was a dropped ball by Huddersfield (I know that for a fact as I couldn't have had a better angle from where I was sitting).

| Mossop is awful and really needs to grow a pair. We desperately need a prop. Flower, Clubb and Tautai do a pretty decent job and at least show some fire. Crosby isnt fulfilling his potential and only look decent in the final quarter when the Huddersfield were tired. In the opening exchanges we were dominated and as Jon rightly says the instant the interchange occurred momentum changed. Id drop Mossop for Leeds next week as they will have a field day. We need aggression from the off. Id start with Flower and Clubb with Tautai and Crosby off the bench. Going slightly off topic I also think its paramount with have Bateman lined up against Watkins at centre to nullify his threat.
