Big thanks to all in The South Stand for putting up with my behaviour on Friday night. I have no voice left after trying to make myself heard with shouts of Laaannnnndon through the game, along with some choice words for the ref. The banter was great and all in good spirit apart from one hilarious rotund fella to the left of us who was about as amusing as pig poo. He kept laughing at himself for shouting ‘Biancaaaaa’ at us.
Everyone else was quality and I have to say we had a brilliant night out afterwards. Went to a few drinkeries but spent most of the night dancing and boozing in Revolution. The bar had won us all over with their pricing policy of 9 double vodka redbulls for £13.
Loved the fact that all the woman in the town out for the night were either 18 or under or 35 and over. It was like there was a curfew for everyone in their 20’s! Again though, we were met only with good spirits and on some occasions, over friendship!
Special mention to the kebab place over the road for the best cheesy chips, gravy and mayonnaise combo I have had.
Good luck for the rest of the season. Not sure I will be back as a Broncos fan for the foreseeable (unless we get you in CC), but a few of us have vowed to come back at some stage.
