Quote: Grimmy "I get more annoyed with the fans who just seem to turn up purely to criticise. Criticise the team, criticise the officials, boo at half time, carry on the same in the second half, then go home loudly proclaiming how we got lucky, will win nothing and Saints/Leeds would have stuck 40 past us. They are usually the loudest fans in the place as well! Are you even a supporter if you do that, or just a spectator?'"
This. I usually sit in the West-side of the South Stand maybe 20 rows up, there was a fella sat just below us at the Hull KR game, and when we were losing first half and defending badly, you should have heard him! I thought he was going to have a heart attack, arms flailing effing and blinding. But then when We put in a fairly solid second half and saw Hull off, not a peep, nothing. I have nothing against being passionate, but it does seem a proportion of fans only have something to say when it's negative.
Edit: In regards to leaving early, If I may quote the great philosopher, Rick Parfitt 'Whatever you want, whatever you need, whatever you say, you pay your money, you make your choice'.
