| One game away from home against an in-form Cas side, 16-0 down at one stage, poor discipline & poor tactics, a lack of enthusiasm, a seriously exposed fringe where Sarginson/Burgess operate and an ordinary goal kicker yet we only lost to the final play.
You can only gain success after learning from failure. This was a bad result, not because we lost, but because we didn't play well. If we gave it everything and lost then it would be a different scenario but we didn't.
Still, we can improve our discipline, we can change our tactics, instil a greater desire for success against the so-called lesser clubs and look at alternatives to the kicking problem. We have also seen a bad defensive performance from Sarginson & Burgess, both young players with lots of potential. It's up to them to show their mental toughness in become smarter and meaner.
Nothing from today suggests we cannot win the title again, to suggest we are doomed to failure is a despondent view. If anything this could be a good scenario in ensuring we improve to the changes in other teams and to meet their desire. We should want to beat Castleford as much as we do St. Helens.
I'm looking forward to seeing how Wane will have us react against Hull KR

| Quote: Lippy "We looked faster and better organised with Logan on the pitch. Not often you can say it but he outplayed MM yesterday, I too think we would have won had he stayed on, the passes looked crisper from him. Not sure who threw the ones I spotted but a few times yesterday we had players reaching out to take the ball. I was at the game and did not listen to your views but we had at least two poor last plays to end our sets with. From these I think Cas scored points from their next sets. Far to many things wrong yesterday and plenty to work on during the week. Wane has to take some of the blame as tactically we were way off.'"
Just watched the game back on DVD (as a Cas supporter) and I agree totally with this post. You looked far quicker and more dangerous with Logan on the pitch. Might get his chance now MM is banned for 3 games

If you stand by your own logic, you should be ting yourself tonight as Warrington were awful and you were hardly convincing.

aboveusonlypie...
If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg |
