Just been watching the WCC from 1994 and noticed the commentators say at kick off that the winner of the game would take home $400,000.

Does anyone know what the prize money for the game in Sydney will be?

I seem to recall a disagreement with the gate receipts, think the money was shared perhaps. Wigan reckoned there was a full house whilst Brisbane claimed only 6 people and a wombat attended. I presume they sorted it in the end.

I'm on the edge of a last minute booking! Can anybody tell me a decent hotel around Darling Harbour that won't break the bank please? I'll be on my own!

Darling Harbour aint cheap, decent hotels cost easily 150 per night. If you can get one for 125 per night, your doing very well.
