Good on you for sorting this out by the way BW.

Right its in Darling Harbour at the King St Brewhouse bar. Nice bar with plenty of outdoor seating facing the harbour. Good beer (they have their own Microbrewery) and they do pints, good food aswell. A great location to have a few beers. As soon as I get a rough estimate of numbers I will book it in.

Probably bring 15-20 along. What do you mean by book in? Is it not just a pub that you turn up to? Just don't want to commit, not show up and mess your numbers up.

Basically just making a reservation so that we can have an area blocked off for us. If were going to meet up it makes sense to make sure we can all be in the same area as Friday night in Darling Harbour can get busy. So it doesn't matter if more turn up just at least we can have our own area. It doesn't cost anything and they are more than happy to do it, so though I might as well. Last thing we want is to organise a meet up only to get to the bar and its too busy.
