Regardless of what they might state in their material, the EDL aren't just against militant Islam. They are against all Muslims. Hopefully he'll realise this and disassociate himself from them. There should be no place for bigotry or racism at our club.

Obviously not all Muslims interpret the Quran the same way. That's why the vast majority of Muslims both here and abroad are good valuable members of society and a tiny minority want to blow things up, behead soldiers etc. Just look at the Phelps family in America for a comparison, they're homophobic Christians who think it's right to picket soldiers funerals.
