In the end I don't think the system was too bad, they just didn't tell anyone what you had to do unless you phoned them up and asked. It really wouldn't have been that difficult to send a notification email to say your shirt was ready for colllection. It was also a good idea that they took any uncollected shirts to the stadium shop, but again, no one was told this unless you phoned up and asked. I appreciate it's only a small shop with a few members of staff, but a bit more transparancy in future wouldn't go a miss. They've got a Twitter pages that is very much underused, messages about deliveries and collections could/should have been posted on there also.
Did anybody order on the original pre-order date [31/08] for delivery? And if so, have they received their shirt yet? I haven't and was just curious as to whether others had.
I ordered on the 31st the shirt arrived today. I did call and was told that they only arrived on the weds before Leeds game and a courier would contact me when it was to be delivered. I also emailed the shirt arrived today posted through letter box no courier called.
