| Just received a survey from the club, some of the questions were about the atmosphere at the DW Stadium and ask for suggestions of how to improve it.
In previous seasons we had the S2 Brigantes who created their own atmosphere with singing, drumming and flags. The club to some extent contributed to the disbanding of this group of supporters. I know there was some trouble at the Huddersfield away game but this was done by a small minority of people.
Also I read comments (on these forums) from fans complaining about the noise and drumming that this group of supporters created.
If 500 traveling fans can create an atmosphere whatever has gone wrong with our own support.
We have the flags in the South Stand gantry so somebody must be interested in the match day experience.
Bring back the S2/S1 Brigantes.

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10174.png |

| I think most fans would acknowledge the hard work that was put in to get the concept off the ground. Leading up to the end of 2011 was the best atmospheres I can remember at Wigan games, everyone bought into it. Then there was a noticeable change in 2012. So sad.
I don't think it's a discussion that will be easily forgotten and will continue to be brought up. Until things improve people will always ask the question - where did it go wrong?
There's definitely a desire to do 'something' otherwise these threads wouldn't exist. There doesn't need to be a group name, a 'brand', stickers, scarves, etc. There needs to be a dozen or so fans organised together and singing WIGAN songs. That's the (re)starting point.

| One idea I can think of off the top of my head would be a designated section of the ground that fans who are interested can apply to buy a season ticket in there. This way you don't get people only coming to the big games and evrybody is able to be together wanting to do the same thing

| didn't hear you lot at all apart from when you scored, used to make decent noise but was very surprised at how quiet the "18th man" was.

If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg |
