The situation is getting a bit messy and we're not doing ourselves any favours. I've done it to death in the stands tonight so I can't be bothered to keep going over it other then to say its obvious what's going to happen and we'll be a very ordinary side next year.

I really feel for Hampshire who will get butchered next year everytime we lose for not being Sam Tomkins. He's a young kid with lots of talent but he's a young halfback not a fullback and its unfair to ask him to step in to such big shoes.

Some of us where there when we got turned over by Sheffield.

Whilst this is true it's a bit naughty of the club to suggest he's playing all week (to drum up ticket sales) then withdraw him hours from the game.

24hr food poisoning one week then a last minute back spasm the week after.

Wrapping him in cotton wool... It's not like he has a bad injury record, plus he needs game time before wembley something stinks about the whole situation and the lies the club are spinning with regards to why he isn't playing are nothing short of insulting to us as fans IMO.
