I thought it was me who thought he has been dire. Against Wire there seemed to be no fight in him, in that he lost most of his collisions and I can only recall one where when he took it in he put them on the back foot. For me atm no great loss for next year.

He was dreadful last year and there was plenty of people saying it including myself so the sour grapes argument doesn't wash.

The lad hasn't progressed as he could have. He's a good prop but not a great one. He should have been our best prop by now but he's probably just on a par with other lads like Flower, Dudson, Crosby etc yet they've been in the system for a shorter period of time.

Maybe the Oz move will take his game to a level it should reach but he'll need to find some aggression from somewhere.

His tone seems familiar though.

He's been average whenever I've seen him for over 12 months. He'll be a solid prop in the NRL though, and if may just give him the kick up the harris he looks like he needs.

He doesn't seem to be 'nasty' enough for the NRL. It's a lot more physical, more aggressive, than ESL. Look at the likes of Mark O'Meley, Josh Perry, Ryan Bailey. Nasty b*stards who can put the fear up you. If Mossop can get that into his game, I'm sure he'll fare a lot better.
