You're saying that one man's personal expectations is arrogant? Wow.
I expected Wigan to win by 30 points today, I really did. Our team is 30 points better than Wakefield. This is not my opinion, but fact.
Wakefield's average match score for the year [Going off the current points for and against] is a 5.6 point loss. Wigan's average match score for each game is a 26.8 point win. Wigan therefor, on a game by game basis are 30 points better than Wakefield.
Now based on this, and the fact we have come into the game on the back of some red hot form, Tomkins having scored 20+ tries in the last 11 games, why is it arrogant to expect a comfortable victory, and for Tomkins to get a bucket full of tries? Surely he was just going off the stats for the previous 17 games for the season.
