Quote: J L Hooker "Just finished. From announcing 'that's all for sport' to 2 apparent legends he'd never heard of called Billy Boston and Eddie Waring, a shambles of a draw including a team called Wokington, and straight on to sewing. Never heard anything so amateurish in my life.'"
Bacon has no interest in anything beyond himself, so it came as no surprise to me that this was a complete farce. Put a formal complaint into the BBC if you're that energised by it, but from past experience with that lot, it won't make a blind bit of difference as they're more concerned with Yawnion & Wendyball to pay anything more than lip-service to League.
What's more of a problem is the numpties at the RFL (who, let's not forget, have an office in Media City, next to the 5Live studios) who thought it'd be a good idea to do the draw in the middle of the afternoon with a presenter who's on record as saying that he doesn't care about team sports of any persuasion.
