I was listening to the first half on Wire FM, sister station to Wish FM.
The bloke doing the coverage, and I presume all Widnes games was excellent.
AS opposed to the bloke who does the Wire games, Graham Lovatt, I think.
He is beyond bad!
Immagine the same voice as Fred Elliot, the Butcher off Coronation Street for the voice, crossed with Stevo for the ridiculous element, wearing blinkers, blind, stupid, and possessing the sum total of RL knowledge of a pizza.
Now that is bad!

The lad who does the Widnes games on Wire FM is Joe Mills. He's actually a Wigan fan and up until this season was a season ticket holder at the DW.

On a slight tangent... summarisers! There's been some classics.
Funniest I remember was Carl Fitzpatrick on Radio Manc.
It was a game (between who, I'm not sure), but it was being played in poor conditions, with numerous knock-ons.
Early 2nd half, quote our Carl after yet another knock on " It favvers they've bin maulin' wi sum grayse arr eyf time"
