Took weeks before the club made an announcement one way or the other, so it seems strange they havnt come out and denied the rumours, just like the Gleeson situation maybe there is no good news to announce

Gareth Hock should have been sacked when he was found guilty of taking drugs a few years ago. The guy is a liablity and should have been thrown out of the game then as any Rugby League player under them circumstances whoever they play for.

Lets bring back hanging while were at it?

Not a question of lets bring back hanging. The likes of Hock who are in a privelaged position playing a game that they love and being paid for should know how to conduct themselves of the field.

So is it just drugs then?
What about other stuff like GBH,Assault,driving offences,Burglary, fraud etc etc etc ?

Just do us a quick favour and write a quick list (Shouldnt take more than a few minutes) of the offences that you would ban people for life for.

Don't talk crap ! You've got proffessinal sports people in a lot higher grade sports like prem footballers for a eg. Who don't even get 12 month bans for the same offences . 2 years ban for a recreational drug is a decent punishment . Any player deserves a 2nd chance . I wouldn't like you be in charge of any state of mind programmes , let's throw them to the dogs and sacked him and let's some one like wire pick them up on a freebie , that's a good idea haha NOT !!!

Genocide, life ban I think. Whilst it may not be currently covered by the sport, it's up there with recreational drug use.

Hes been sacked and in process of signing with another club, that im not sure off yet.
