Funny thing is even though i've been getting text messages from Wigan, Saints, Widnes, Leeds, Bradford and Keighley fans having a cheek dig, i'm well proud of the lads and i've thoroughly enjoyed this season, ended on a slightly gutting note but it's been fun.
Year of the wolfs? Well we managed one tin pot and were about 30 minutes from another.
Think all Wire fans should be proud of their team IMO most consistant team over the year. Won Challenge cup and if not resting players throughout the season and blowing the London game before wembley would have easily finish top as well. They learnt from last year that finishing top of the league does not win the all important grand final as most posters on here will know only too well ! As a club they have now reached the final and experience the different occasion than Challenged cup final. Maybe next year, this years experience will put them in a strong position to go one further. I wish them luck as they are a fantastic club with great fans and a coach and a team that are dignified in defeat unlike some. Maybe next year it will be Warringtons year as you can learn from this years experience.
Thanks Tingley for your kind words its much appreciated to hear positive comments from Leeds. You guys are the benchmark team that we all want to emulate.
