agree a bit with this in the warrington and salford game micky mac has been strugling to get back in to dummy half, first full season playing 80 mins every game, hopefully when tommys back we can alternate either smith or tommy at hooker to give him some help. otherwise for me where just trying to do to much to far away from the line as i don t think our props have been gaining as much yardage in the second half of the season.

I think you are getting mixed up in the right to leave, and the right to 'paid leave'. There is a difference.

I was responding to claims that bank holidays were a statutory right to holidays (either paid or unpaid). The official government and therefore legal line is that there is no statutory right to paid or unpaid leave and that it is all down to your terms of employment, as defined by your personal contract. This is clearly on an individual basis - there is no "statutory" (i.e defined by statute, or "legally"icon_wink.gif right either way.

There's not even a "right to leave" defined legally as a general issue - it's all down to your personal contract of employment.

After today it seems like they are mentally "exhausted" or just not switched on for the full 80, really disappointed at the current standard of play considering it's at the business end of the season and going back a few months we was the hottest team in the competition for a long period of time.
