If you don't bother to go to the game when you live in the locality then you are not really a fan and therefore your views are invalid. It's simple.:icons39ad_files/4821-1859san_c-msnicons.jpg |

| The OP talking about having a strop is very typical on the board, big of him to admit to it, many don't once they realise they are wrong. He always looked good wherever he was, but i suppose he needed someone to put an arm on his shoulder and say "You are wanted here". Looks to be slotting in nicely, and a little more fluidity in attack was there for all to see last night. It's true that Finch and Wee Tam will be difficult to replace, but thats life. It changes and good players are thin on the ground.
BTW, who is this Eastmond guy?

Tony Clubb: "This is a new exciting chapter of my life signing for Wigan and I couldn't be happier" 18/10/2013
Romain Navarrete: āIām very happy to have signed for Wigan Warriors. As soon I knew that Wigan were interested, they were the only team that I wanted to sign for. To me, Wigan is the biggest Club in Rugby League and it will be an honour to pull on the famous Cherry-and-White jersey next year. I look forward to working with Shaun Wane and the players at Wigan.ā:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10172.jpg |

| bump.
sorry if this derails the thread but it looked as if every one had there say, and instead of opening a new thread thought it may be best to say on here.
well after just looking back and reading some of the guff saints fans have said, such as its a sad day when hes the only stand off worth chasing and that they didn't make an offer for him (Redvee).
so here is my question of what we have seen so far would you swap him for any of the saints halves? jonny Lomax, lee gaskell, pants or gary wheeler?

Smith is 25 and a seasoned pro yet the 3 halves mentioned are 20-22 and still developing, from what I've seen I think Lee Gaskell and Gary Wheeler have more talent and ability than Smith but at present standard of play I'd take Matty he is a mature play maker forged through greater first team experience. I must say I really do rate Matty Smith and I feel he has a big future at Wigan but I just think Lee Gaskell and Gary Wheeler have potential to be better players but they aren't there yet.

| Lomax I'm convinced is out of position at halfback and if he isn't he simply must have an organising halfback alongside him.
Gaskell is a good player but he's a few years behind Smith in his development. Infact he won't develop full stop unless he starts to get some games.
Wheeler has gone off the rails totally. He looked a real talent a few seasons back but now looks an overweight has been at the age of 23ish. He is one player I believe Nathan Brown will turn round though.
As for Hohiha what can we say? He's been truely awful. He like Lomax is probably out of position but still you'd expect more.
To sum up Smith will do very nicely.

68153_1344079532.jpg I'm 46 and I've had triple heart bypass surgery but, I could still put in a pretty good performance at International Rugby Union. I wouldn't last two minutes in Rugby League. - Graeme Lowe:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_68153.jpg |
