No... Unquestionably talented, but on balance would rather we got an experienced player nearing the end of his career to bridge the gap for when the youngsters come through.

I'd be thrilled, he's trouble.

This was talked about last week. I heard it was a done deal and in time to make his debut in the Hull derby on Monday. I'm glad he's not coming to Wigan. I do think he's a very good player but he's got trouble written through him like Blackpool is written through a bar of rock!

The move has fallen through as Chase (an England international) cannot get a visa.

I would be a little gutted if he ended up somewhere else other than Wigan. No doubt at Wigan he would take us to another level.
