I like the idea of a Monday game for TV audiences, I just wish it was as well as a Saturday Sky game rather than instead of it. I think attendances at the ground will be affected, especially for the less glamorous games (our vs Widnes for example), but it is something that should be persevered with, most big sports leagues have a Monday night slot.

The disciplinary panel sat today. Sinfield's out come was no charge. Makinson off balance due to other tackler and Sinfield didn't use a swinging arm.

So it does look like they are going to do two lots of panels (on Monday and Tuesday) and if any tribunals are required, doing them on Tuesday and Wednesday - only in RL. Is it really so difficult to do a panel on Tuesday morning and then tribunals on Wednesday evening?
