If you were a fan of a smaller club then maybe you'd realise how important the Challenge Cup is in the early rounds. If we upset a Super League club and get a payday in the last 16 or the quarters it could be the difference between a profit and loss at the end of the year financially.
And yes, I know it would make a difference, for example, Leigh played Catalans last year and ran them extremely close, would we have won that game if they could only play one of their overseas players, in my opinion yes.
