And its one 50k allowance for the entire team so if you have other players that qualifiy the 50k allowance is shared between them as far as salary cap is concerned.

Its not 50% but £50k for each of the 10yr service and for being a homegrown player. The allowances can only be applied once across the whole squad. If O'Loughlin was the only player to qualify for both then his salary could be discounted by £100k for salary cap calculation purposes.
