Terr Newton was one of my favourite ever hookers but even as a Wigan fan I have to say he had a real nasty, dirty streak!

MM has all the same skills and aggression but in a much more controlled way. He's really excelled this season and has the potential to become a real class Wigan legend! Long may it continue!

I think that is a fair summary. Tez was one of those players the opposition targeted like they do Hock hoping he would lose his cool and sometimes it worked and he did. They don't bother with MM. There wouldn't be any point.

The pack has been found out in the past couple of years againts Wire, Cats and Giants. The pack now has that nasty aggressive streak that is still disciplined. I can't pick a player out and say he is a soft touch.
