Patricroft station is the closer. Approx 20/25 mins walk to the stadium. Turn left out of the station onto Green Lane. A couple of mins walk onto Liverpool Rd A57 and then turn right and its a straight walk in the Irlam direction. Walking from Eccles town centre I would estimate at 40/45 mins. You can get the 67 bus from Eccles town centre to the stadium but be warned the traffic was gridlocked two weeks ago for the Leeds game on the A57 through the Peel Green area and was probably quicker to walk the final one mile.
Depending on which platform you arrive at in Patricroft station: If you see the UPS Depot, you're going the wrong way! Safe journey and have a good time at our new ground. First team to visit twice!
