I know we complained about Madge not resting players at all, but Wane has gone well over the top here. Embarrassing. Fair enough, Leuluai had carried a knock, but to leave pretty much the whole spine of our team out has been a shocker of a decision. Lets hope he'll never make such an error again.

Say what you like about knee jerk this and knee jerk that the fact of the matter is Wane has alot to answer for after today HE is the only one to blame for this and no one will convince me otherwise as the saying goes why try to fix what isn't broken blooding youngsters is fair enough but you don't do it at the expense of leaving your 4 best players out, Shocking decision that has left Wane with plenty of question marks hanging over this decision.

I am disgusted. I was fine with leaving players like Richards out who carried and injury all last year, playing Younger players etc. but resting our two best players after 6 games is a total lack of respect to the other team. I am almost glad we lost. Maybe Wane will learn his lesson. I remember player Sheffield in the cup away in 2010 under madge, I remember wondering why..... Today proves you should play a strong team no matter who your are playing. What happened to Wanes no mercy approach?

Angry here too, massive mistake by Wane, how much more incentive did Widnes need, so many ex Wiganers at the club including coach and assistant, surely Wane would have known how they would have been fired up anyway, really looking forward to his post match comments, well done Widnes well deserved, but what an embarrassment on our part, huge mistake Shaun, HUGE mistake, let's hope this doesn't come back to haunt us in a few months, angry of Wigan!
