36409_1319997811.jpg A purple patch inspired on his home ground by man of the match WIGAN CAPTAIN Sean O’Loughlin produced three tries in an eight-minute spell just before half-time, and the GB Lions added two more after the break to maintain Smith’s 100 per cent record as Great Britain
coach.

| Quote: FAXE LUCAS "I think Sunday has the potential to be a massive banana skin for us and will be a real test of the professionalism and prep that Wane brings to the team. All stats point to a massive Wigan win but as we know from experiance games are not won on stats and team sheets and if Wigan go in to Sunday half hearted we will get embarrassed.
I am looking forward to seeing how we approach the game and hope we are ruthless, professional and show some of the attacking flair and defensive toughness we have had in the last few weeks.'"
Im looking for professionalism yes but fearing its a Banana skin.... no.
if it gets to half time and were less than 12 in front that will be suffice for a kick up the erse the players will need, Widnes are in transition and getting their feet under the table and in 24 months time this will be a very competitive game.... but not this weekend.

| Not seen any odds but I expect the bookies to give Widnes at least a 30-40 point start.

23997_1287161421.jpg
Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_23997.jpg |

| I think Wane will be looking for the 0 on Sunday if you listen to his comments after games and in interviews he is big on defense and if Hull kr can 0 them we can
It looks like a nice day weather wise and i fully expect to see that ball being chucked around as much as possible and i've said this to quite a few people i think our attack this season is the best we have had in years
When Widnes was on first game of the season v Wakefield in the first 20 mins they was camped on Wakeys line and couldn't do anything i txt my mate during the match saying 'i'd be worried if i was a Widnes fan' and his reply was 'no good scramble from wakey' which i dont think it was they looked clueless in attack and panicked most teams would have been 20+ up
