The Warriors player admitted to failing to comply with a traffic signal when he appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court.
Tomkins, 22, of Thornhill Gardens, Standish, was driving along Chapel Lane, Wigan, on July 27 last year when he failed to stop at a red light. He was given three penalty points and ordered to pay a £45 fine, as well as £15 victim surcharge and £35 court costs.'"
