No parent should ever have to bury their child whatever the child's age. I have two young kids and it breaks my heart even trying imagine what they are going through. Tragic.
I tweeted to Bilko earlier that imo I thought it would be more appropriate for a minutes silence as applause is usually for celebrating someones life and achievements and this young man was taken far too soon. But on reading it was Ian and his familys request then it is absolutley the right thing to do. RIP
