You couldn't during the Grand Final at Old Trafford.

I'm a bit disappointed by this. I loved the magic weekend in Cardiff, no matter what time of year. Manchester on a Sunday evening is a bit too far to travel with school on Monday, so it really hasn't worked out for me.

Gutted to not be heading to Cardiff next weekend.

Will only go for the Wigan game this year.
Not a chance will the boss want to watch more than that when we've not got money & a journey to justify.

Why is there a three hour gap between the commencement of the three matches on Saturday? That will leave more than an hour to kill between games. I don't think rugby will remain on air on Sky between the matches.
I can't remember such a gap on previous seasons.
Is it so that the competition on each day will be of the same duration?

Agreed, 3,5 and 7 would have been better k/o times. Not sure what Sky are gonna do between games?

I've never been to a Magic Weekend before due to cost and transport issues......but this is on my doorstep, so it's great!

I don't think our game will have many neutral fans there. I dare say some Yarkshire fans will hang around for a while, but it's not the best slot to get people to stay till the end.

You'd think there will be enough Wigan and Saints fans for it not to matter too much about neutral fans. It's the 2 early fixtures on the Sunday that are going to need neutral fans to turn up or the ground will look empty. I think a fair few Leeds and Bradford fans will hang around for ours, they won't be able to get home quick enough to watch it on tele and they'd still be home for no later than 10ish.

I wouldn't be surprised if the first game ends up red button and they'll show highlights of that in between the other two games - but we shall see. It's obviously sky's choice rather than the RFL I would suggest, because they have rights to show all 7 matches.

on the RFL website it shows the price for season ticket holders but doesn't give you the option to buy them at that price so will you only be able to buy at that price through the club or do you ring up the RFL Ticket office??

You have to get them off the club to get them at half price. Says on the website they go on sale through Wigan some time in Feb.
