I used to swim in the old one years ago when i was 13,14,15.

Most of the time though showing off on the diving boards, there used to always be a guy in the deep end who would sit on the bottom holding his breath, same guy everytime.

Loved the pool even learned to swim in the 25m pool there, i was a relatively late swimmer and learned at the same time i think if my 12 years of age memory recalls as Frano Boticas daughter. Last time i was up that end of Wigan though was Boxing day 2008 i heard the cinema,bingo hall, car park have all gone since i wast last there
