That's now been changed so that you can buy car park passes online (that wasn't something possible in previous seasons until there was an upgrade yesterday).

If you go on there now then new ones can buy them as well (albeit only adults and over 60's) via the interactive seating plan, which is another new addition compared to previous seasons.

I emailed the club about this and got a very quick reply from Graham Emmerson:
'Thanks for your e-mail and for renewing your season ticket and I agree with your comments. We have actually just received a system upgrade, which is one of the reasons that season ticket sales were delayed until today. At 9am this morning tickets went on sale and in the last half an hour we have been able to activate an option to allow car parking to be purchased at the same time.
Furthermore, Loyal 18 Membership and the charity donation will also be activated and available to use shortly.
Please accept my apologies that this wasn’t available at the time you renewed; however, please be assured that after 12 months of pushing for these system upgrades that they will be fully operational very shortly'.
