A combination of McBanana coaching and Atkins in the centres is a frightening prospect this autumn.

Eddie Hemmings is just a Wigan hater simples , he bums up everyone BUT Wigan , i remember not long back when the Sam Tomkins booing started he more or less said that hed brought it upon himself.

On the centre situation , george is better . but wouldnt complain if RA had got in with the trys hes scored this season

Just looking at the stats as Phil Clarke would, you wouldn't have put Carmont ahead.

Atkins has more tries, try assists, tackle busts, clean breaks and he's missed fewer tackles than Carmont. He played 2 fewer games as well so his carries, meters and offloads might have got ahead too.

But Carmont is a better centre, i.e skill and natural ability Atkins is having a one off good season. Was he this good at Wakefield, NO and was he this good last year, NO. Carmont has been consistently good for WIgan since his arrival regardless of the fact some other centre have more tries, tackles, assists, tackle busts etc. He's also proven in Australia, the only thing Atkins proved in Australia was that he can't tackle.

atkins was just a young lad at wakefield and he is still learning and improving , aint that obvious
