I love this. Wigan fans get accused of leaving early everytime they lose. It gets mentioned all the time and even the sky pundits feel the need to focus on it and mention it repeatedly (haven't heard that for a while, guess we haven't been losing so much ) and is known as the Wigan walk. Yesterday we were well beaten, it was apparent we weren't going to win the game for a long time before the final whistle went, yet the majority of Wigan fans chose to stay and sing, make the best of a bad situation and have a bit of fun as well as support the team to the end. We are now being ridiculed for not being fickle, not walking out early and supporting the team, you just couldn't make it up.
