Not really a major issue though. Ok he was wrong to do it, and in retrospect I'm sure he realises that. However, this WAS the Leeds fans, who effectively started the whole "booing" thing off. I think this needs to be brought into consideration when evaluating his behaviour.

Great way to keep one of the best talents in the game - 'Fans' of other teams boo Sam because he's so good. Idiots like you then go over the top on anything he does to justify it.

Can only say that if Sam actually heard what the opposition* fans were acually chanting (about his mother in particular) then his reaction should come as no surprise. From where I was sat it was a disgrace.
