After watching us play sensational, rugby league selling matches against Wire and Saints in knock out competitions, putting 50 points against a team on a Sunday afternoon without getting out of second gear is quite a steep decline in excitement levels!'"
And that's really not the only problem Salford have got.
Their attendance was totally disgraceful. Given that they are a SL team supposedly going places - new stadium, big future (allegedly) - to bring only 200 people 15 miles down the M61 on a sunny Sunday afternoon would be laughable if it wasn't so sad.
Barrow brought many more than that over a much further distance, with significantly less chance of winning, back in the early rounds of the Challenge Cup.
And yet our bolshy little pal is more interested in scoring points over who sang the loudest (an area of argument which frankly has long been the preserve of losers).
