Quote: Jimmy Birts Lives On "Can't please all of the people all of the time I suppose pal. As for Just Can't Get Enough, that was sung with some gusto at the final whistle as the team came to applaud the crowd but you'll never get that sung for 20 minutes non-stop. In terms of the meaning, the Dale Cavese is one the great Ultras anthems and it started off a few games back with a few lads who want to bring an Ultras culture to Wigan. It won't suit everyone of course but it captured the spirit of the moment on Friday night and there were certainly more than 50 people involved as you can see from the video. There were hundreds involved. I've supported Wigan for years and that was the most joyous, carnival type atmosphere that I have ever witnessed. It didn't have to say Wigan in the song. It was letting the old enemy and the viewers on SKY know that we were up for a celebration.'"
'Atmosphere' is something you can't plan to make, the Dale Cavese to me is a celebratory/party/carnival anthem when your winning/won, I saw people of all ages up and dancing on Friday night
Now at home when the South has tried to get it going say 10 mins into a mediocre game its just not the same as it's not relevant IMO
