I don't like to think we should sign "overage" centres, but George Carmont was the best centre on the pitch tonight, way above Bridge and Shenton.
Give George another years contract.

How good was George tonight! He was the best outside back on the field and again proved his worth.

Absolutely nothing like him imo. A while back Ratchford looked like he could develop into a decent organising stand off, Myler was only ever a good support player. Signing Ratchford at centre is a waste as far as I can see though, no idea why Salford are playing him there, he should have carried on in the middle. |

Which is similar to what Wire are doing, although Ratchford wouldn't cost them much. Not hard to see to be honest.
And for us it was a 4-3 switch, which is (I assume) why we could afford 3 players from the best NRL team short and medium term. |
