It does seem as we haven't really got out of 1st gear though this season and are still in the top 3 but have shown glimpses of what we can do. I cant remember a game where we have played consistently well for the full 80 but hopefully this will improve. Just need to make sure we kick on now towards the end of the season else we could get left behind.

If he was any sort of decent coach he would jump at the chance to prove himself at the top level. Sadly that's not over here.

We are simply not as good as Oz and Kiwi anymore, it's a far more serious game and they play in a better league week in week out hence the reason the Oz don't pick players that come over here to our inferior competition.

No I don't think that Bennett could coach an England team to a 4 nations win. But he wouldn't coach a surrender, and he wouldn't allow a "team" to split into different factions.

That was Smiths job and he failed worse than Noble ever did. I saw it at first hand.

Its not just about the money, its ambition aswell. NRL is the best league in the sport. If he has any ambition in his career which im sure he does, he would want to go and test himself there. Its not about which country is better (I also would rather live over here than over there) for me anyone involved in Rugby League over here would jump at the chance to go and play/coach/whatever in the NRL if they hadnt before.
