I was asking the question mate..i dont believe for one second that we can go without signing if we lose the players we look like doing.

I'd say we need 2 signings. A new centre and a new half back. I'd love to see rangi chase at wigan, him and finch would compliment each other quite well for me. Centre? No idea. who is available? Bring someone in from Aus for me.

That side certainly would challenge IMO. Whether it would be quite good enough to win prizes is a tough one. My only real concern about that side would be Marsh at centre.

With a slight rejig that side could be made stronger IMO.

Isn't Roberts signed up for next year as well? He is a better player than Marsh.

Need a FB and Centre (unless we can get another year out of carmont

) and a prop as a priority for next season IMO....poss a hooker if Tommy doesnt go to starting 9, because MM does not control enough IMO and we lack direction when he goes to hooker. Dont get me wrong Micky Mac is ok for 20 min spells but that is all.

Prop as I dont think fielden will go again (not 100% sure he'll come back this season tbh) and it must be coleys last season this year

One thing for sure - we cannot afford to lose Richards IMO.

Every time you use the term 'world class' unnecessarily another angel falls from the sky. For me world class players are the likes of Greg Inglis, Shaun Kenny-Dowall, Jonathan Thurston, and Cameron Smith. When I think world class I think of guys who are the best in their position in the world, usually players who are ripping it up in the NRL and internationally. Some people seem to throw it about to the point where there are more than 50 'world class' players at any one time and the term becomes fairly meaningless.

This leaves the likes of Tuson, Goulding, Marsh, Roberts (if he stays), Crosby, etc in reserve. I really think we need to give Joe Mellor and L. Tomkins a lot of game time next year. A strike centre is a must, as is a hooker (maybe one in his early 30's on a 1-2 year deal to oversee L Tomkins intro to the team).

Personally, I think we IFL should be on the phone to Ben Pomeroy as a replacement for George.
