"Standing" mean staionary. At no point in the incident was Clarkeson stationary or on a stood still on a standing leg.

That's my take on it too. How can you have a standing leg if you'r moving? Hopefully the disciplinary panel see it the same way. Silverwood binned Michael Shenton for the same thing last week but he didn't recieve a ban
