Yeamans punch that started the brawl a dew minutes earlier was far worse.

Imo the instigator was Yeaman. Tomkins as an idiot for allowing it to work but Yeaman for his baiting and his throwing of the first punch definitely needs to be punished too.

The real instigator was Briscoe against Joel (on the previous set before the punch up), cracked him around the jaw at the PTB.
