Got to agree with that! We came out in numbers when our club wasn't doing well and its time for the Wakey fans to do the same. The club will not stay alive unless they make some money! They need fans through the gates.

Quite right. There's a lot of people around Wakefield who always say that they will not go back to watch until the Richardson family who controlled the club are gone. Well it's time for them to put up or shut up. All four family members who were employed by the club (Chairman, two daughters and son) have gone.

Next week at home to Salford should be interesting, anything over 6.5k would give me hope.

Still championship bound i think

I'd think so. If any other club went down they'd justifiably feel hard done to.

Still think that there is a twist in the tale.

If Sky can be persuaded to pay more for the SL contract
we may yet see an increase in the number of SL teams.

Rumours are that the championship is to be reorganised, so
changes at SL level could occur.

Wakefield are now debt free and no longer under the control
of the blood sucker Richardson family (who even sold Belle Vue
to themselves).

Financially, Wakefield are now very sound.
