Nat Lofthose was a true legend, one of the all-time greats. They don't make footballers like that any more. The modern day players may be superb athletes but as men they are pygmies compared with giants such as the Lion of Vienna.

Slightly off topic, does anyone remember a newspaper picture with the caption Kings of the Wings, and it showed a picture of Billy Boston and Stanley Matthews together.
