Ermm Joey Barton savagly attacked an innocent young lad and didnt stop when it was obvious the lad wasn't fighting back
These two lads arranged a straightener and were both WILLING participents. Theres a glaring difference between the situations. Whilst infortunate that the lad was seriously injured, he was quite willing to get involved in a scrap 1-on-1. Happened a thousand times when I was younger usually on a night out, take somebody outside, win or lose you never saw anybody running to the police.
Sounds like a fight that got out of hand. Its just sorting out a disagreement mano et mano if you ask me, if it were London he'd have called his friends and they would have stabbed one another or shot each other at their mothers houses.
