Amos Roberts has to step up then.
March/April he should return. I hope we don't rush him back like we did with Amos.

I've done my achillies myself and as Nick NJ previously stated it will have been coming on for a while. Also if the stand by Graham (which i am not defending) was what caused it it would have happened before it did. This makes it unlikely the 2 incidents were related.
He's been a good player for you and hopefully he will have a speedy recovery.

Depends how his rehab goes. If it goes well, by the time he is ready to come back his pace and agility will be much the same. If it doesn't heal well then his agility will be affected more than his pace. |

Achilles injuries are caused by either poor muscle tone in the leg, poor footwear, flat feet OR [uoveruse[/u
Considering he's a heavy lad, doing 80 mins i'd go for the latter.

That's an issue, I hope he recovers fully! Mine hasn't healed and 12 mnths later it's still constanly bruised and gives pain.
He'll be looked after and will make a good recovery during the off season. |

Im not sure if its a torn achilles cos if it was he would of been in agony unable to walk and would of needed to be stretchered off and defo wouldn't of been able to walk around after the game even in a moon boot
