How is everyone going to fit onto the return trains? In 2001 it was carnage and we are taking many more this time.

When I returned from Wembley on a Wigan train from Manchester Piccadilly I was literally surrounded by female cleavage. It was a treat.



They seriously should put more trains on though.

They won't put more trains on, the best we can hope for is more carriages on each train.

Advice from seasoned train trallers plz...
Im hoping to get on the train @ Hindley station, if the train is full @ Wigan will it stop @ Hindley or just travel through?

The good news - it has to stop
The bad news - they may not open the doors if it's already full.

You'll be ok as there are more than enough trains going through as people will be travelling at various times during the day, the problem will be getting back as everyone tries to get on the same train.
