If he refs it like he did the leeds games then it shouldn't be too bad - as long as he can spot ball steals this time!

I thought Silverwood had a great game at Leeds. In fairness, despite all the pre match hype it wasn't a dirty game at all and played very cleanly between the two sides. But the fact he wasn't whistle happy made for a good game.

I just think out the two, Silverwood is ahead of him. He also has 5 years more "1st grade" experience than Bentham.

I expect Bentham will be video official.

Silverwood was quality in the Leeds game I thought, he just needs more common sense on the ball steels. Balls don't just flirt out like a bar of soap.

And stop the 3 or 4 players holding down in the tackle

Yeah i agree, if the ref clamps down on Saints tactics at the ruck it will be a much better game.

Could have been worse i suppose but would have preferred Thaler myself he lets the game flow. Silverwood can be abit whistle happy at times.
